  1. Communicate

Communication is another big one that is often overlooked. It is absolutely vital b6 to making sure that your relationships are thriving, and it is something that you absolutely need to prioritize. Communicate with your partner, and with everyone else in your life!

Check in with your partner and make sure that  the time you’ve scheduled suits them too. Check in to see what makes them feel good and what doesn’t, or how they would like to spend your next date night.

Communicate with others and let them know that you are booked at a certain time. Don’t take any calls! Priorities this time and make sure that you stick to it. If you don’t communicate your needs, desires and priorities, no one else is going to know!
